Via Veneto

The Via Veneto drink is made from Brandy, White Sambuca, frech lemon juice, sugar and egg white, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Via Veneto Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Sambuca
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 Egg White / Substitute - or 1 tbsp egg substitute

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients vigorously with cracked ice.
• Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
