Frozen Brandy and Rum

The Frozen Brandy and Rum drink is made from Brandy, Light Rum, fresh lemon juice, sugar and egg yolk, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Frozen Brandy and Rum Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1-1/2 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 Egg Yolk - or 1 tbsp egg substitute
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions:

• Add 1 cup crushed ice to a blender.
• Pour in the brandy, light rum, lemon juice, egg yolk and sugar.
• Blend at low speed until slushy.
• Serve in a chilled old-fashioned glass.
