Lafayette

The Lafayette drink is made from Bourbon, Dry Vermouth, Dubonnet Rouge, bar sugar and egg white, and is served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Lafayette Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 tsp Egg White / Substitute - or 1/2 egg white

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice.
• Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
