Tequila Sour

The Tequila Sour drink is made from golden tequila, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Tequila Sour Ingredients:

• 2 oz Tequila (Gold)
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 dash Egg White / Substitute

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
• Garnish with a slice of lime and a maraschino cherry.

• Red Maraschino Cherry
• Lime Slice
