Egg Nog

Egg Nog is made from Brandy, milk, whipped heavy cream, sugar, eggs and freshly grated nutmeg, and served in a punch cup. Makes 25 servings.

Egg Nog Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Separate the egg whites and yolks.
  • Beat the yolks with sugar in a large punch bowl.
  • Stir in the milk and cream, and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Prior to serving, whip the egg whites and fold into the egg nog.
  • Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
  • Serves about 25.
