Brandy Flip

The Brandy Flip is made from Brandy, half-and-half, sugar and egg substitute, and served in a sour glass.

Brandy Flip Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1 tbsp Half-and-half
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 tbsp Egg White / Substitute

Instructions:

• Shake the brandy, half-and-half, sugar and egg with ice.
• Strain into a chilled sour glass.
• Garnish with freshly ground nutmeg on top.
