Betsy Ross

The Betsy Ross cocktail is made from Brandy, Port Wine, sugar, egg yolk, Triple Sec and Angostura Bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Betsy Ross Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Brandy
• 1-1/2 oz Ruby Port
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 Egg Yolk
• 3-5 dashes Raspberry
• 3-5 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Sprinkle freshly ground nutmeg on top.

• Nutmeg
