Chili Pinarita

The Chili Pinarita drink is made from Jose Cuervo silver tequila, pineapple juice, limejuice and simple syrup, and served in a highball glass.

Chili Pinarita Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Tequila (Silver) - Jose Cuervo
• 1 tbsp Lime Juice
• 1 Chili Pepper - seeds only
• 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup
• 4 oz Pineapple Juice

Instructions:

• Rim a glass by rubbing the pineapple wedge over the top and dipping into chili salt.
• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into the glass full of ice and garnish with a pineapple spear.
