The Bourbon Cobbler is made from Bourbon, Southern Comfort, Peach Brandy, fresh lemon juice, bar sugar and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Bourbon Cobbler Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Southern Comfort
• 1 tsp Peach Brandy
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Shake everything except the sparkling water with cracked ice.
• Strain into a chilled highball glass full of ice.
• Top with sparkling water and stir.
• Garnish with a peach slice.
