Maomao

The Maomao drink is made from rum, triple sec, white wine, pear juice, sugar syrup and lemon juice, and served in a highball glass.

Maomao Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 oz Triple Sec
• 1/3 oz White Wine
• 1/3 oz Pear Cider
• 1/3 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
• Grape Soda - or Grape Tonic

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients except the grape soda/tonic with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass half full of ice.
• Fill with either grape tonic or grape soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon.
