Bourbon Sour

The Bourbon Sour drink is made from Bourbon, fresh lemon juice and bar sugar, and served in a chilled sour glass.

Bourbon Sour Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Add the bourbon, lemon juice and sugar to a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
• Shake well and strain into a chilled sour glass.
• Garnish with an orange slice.
