The Apple Fizz is made from Apple Brandy, apple juice, fresh lime juice and club soda, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Apple Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Apple Brandy
• 4 oz Apple Juice
• 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Fill a chilled highball glass with ice, then add the apple brandy apple juice and fresh lime juice.
• Top with the club soda and stir gently.
• Garnish with a slice of lime.
