Danish Gin Fizz

The Danish Gin Fizz drink is made from Gin, Cherry Heering, Kirschwasser, fresh lime juice, bar sugar and sparkling water, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Danish Gin Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Cherry Heering
• 1 tsp Kirschwasser
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except the sparkling water and fruit, to a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
• Shake well and strain over ice cubes in a chilled highball glass.
• Fill with sparkling water and stir gently
• Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a lime slice.
