Apple Drink

The Apple drink is made from Apple Brandy, sugar syrup, fresh lemon juice, egg white and club soda, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Apple Drink Ingredients:

• 3 oz Apple Brandy
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
• 1 Egg White / Substitute
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Shake the apple brandy, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white with ice.
• Strain into a chilled highball glass over ice.
• Fill with club soda.
