Apple Rum Rickey

The Apple Rum Rickey is made from Apple Brandy, Light Rum and club soda, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Apple Rum Rickey Ingredients:

• 1 oz Apple Brandy
• 1/2 oz Rum (Light)
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Shake the rum and brandy well with cracked ice.
• Add ice to a chilled highball glass.
• Strain the mix and top with club soda.
• Garnish with a lime twist.
