Albermarle Fizz

The Albermarle Fizz is made from Gin, Framoise, fresh lemon juice, raspberry syrup and sparkling water.

Albermarle Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup
• 1 dash Framboise
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Mix all ingrediients except the sparkling water with ice.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Top with club soda.
