The Skitzo drink is made from creme de menthe, Dooleys and milk, and served in a highball glass.

Skitzo Ingredients:

• 1 oz Crème de Menthe
• 1 oz Dooley's Toffee Liqueur
• Milk

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass half filled with ice.
• Top with more milk if necessary, and garnish with a slice of lime.
