Prince of Wales

The Prince of Wales drink is made from Brandy, Madeira, White Curacao, Angostura Bitters and Champagne, and served in a chilled red wine glass.

Prince of Wales Ingredients:

• 1 oz Brandy
• 1 oz Madeira
• 1/2 oz White Curacao
• 3-5 dash Angostura Bitters
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Shake the brandy, madeira, white curacao and bitters well with ice.
• Strain into a chilled red wine glass.
• Fill with champagne or sparkling wine and stir gently.
• Garnish with an orange slice.
