Royal Roost

The Royal Roost drink is made from Bourbon, Dubonnet Rouge, White Curacao, Pernod and Angostura Bitters, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Royal Roost Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Dubonnet Rouge
• 1/4 tsp White Curacao
• 1/4 tsp Pernod
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Add everything to a mixing glass with cracked ice and stir.
• Add ice to an old-fashioned glass.
• Strain the mix and garnish with a lemon twist, orange slice and pineapple spear.

• Lemon Twist
• Orange Slice
• Pineapple Spear
