Champagne Cooler

The Champagne Cooler is made from Brandy, Triple Sec and Champagne, and served in a chilled red wine glass.

Champagne Cooler Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Brandy
• 1/2 oz White Curacao
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Pour the brandy and Triple Sec into a chilled red wine glass.
• Fill with champagne and stir.
• Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
