Plum Fizz

The Plum Fizz is made from Slivovitz, lime juice, sugar syrup and club soda, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Plum Fizz Ingredients:

• 2 oz Slivovitz
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Shake the slivovitz (plum brandy), lime juice and sugar syrup with ice.
• Pour into a highball glass, adding more ice if necessary.
• Fill with chilled club soda.
• Garnish with a plum slice.
