The Mojito Parisien a variation of the traditional mojito drink. Made from light rum, St Germain elderflower liqueur, lime j uice and mint leaves, and served in a highball glass.
Mojito Parisien Ingredients:
- Muddle the mint leaves in a highball glass, and add the rum and St Germain elderflower liqueur.
- Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice and stir; then fill to the top with more crushed ice and stir again.
- Top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint and/or lime.
