Midori Colada

The Midori Colada drink is made from Midori melon liqueur, rum, coconut milk, pineapple juice and lemon juice, and served in a parfait glass.

Midori Colada Ingredients:

• 2 oz Midori Melon Liqueur
• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 2 oz Coconut Milk/Water
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1/2 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender.
• Pour into a parfait or hurricane glass.
• Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.

Garnish:

• Red Maraschino Cherry
• Pineapple Slice
