Springbok Frozen

The Springbok Frozen drink is made from Amarula, creme de menthe and vanilla ice cream, and served in a chilled red wine glass.

Springbok Frozen Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
• 1 oz Crème de Menthe
• 2 scoops Ice Cream - vanilla
• 1/2 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions:

• Blend all ingredients until smooth.
• Pour into a chilled red wine glass.
• Garnish with chocolate and fresh mint.

Garnish:

• Grated Chocolate
• Mint Leaves
