Spiced Pear

The Spiced Pear cocktail is made from cachaca, pear nectar, simple syrup, lemon and spices, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

Spiced Pear Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 2 oz Pear Nectar
• 1/2 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• Nutmeg

Instructions:

• Muddle the nutmeg and lemon juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add the cachaca, pear nectar and sugar syrup, then shake well with ice.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with ground nutmeg and cinnamon.

• Nutmeg
• Cinnamon
