Manhattan Beach Julep

The Manhattan Beach Julep drink is made from Bourbon, Green Crème de Menthe, fresh lime juice, bar sugar, sparkling water and mint leaves, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Manhattan Beach Julep Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Green Crème de Menthe
• 1-1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 5 Mint
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Add the bourbon, green crème de menthe, lime juice, sugar and ming leaves to a blender with cracked ice.
• Add ice to a chilled collins glass.
• Blend the mix until smooth, then pour into the collins glass.
• Fill with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig. Stir gently.
