Brandy Swizzle

The Brandy Swizzle drink is made from Brandy, fresh lime juice, sugar, Angostura Bitters and club soda, and served in a collins glass.

Brandy Swizzle Ingredients:

• 2 oz Brandy
• 1-1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Shake the brandy, lime juice, sugar and bitters with ice.
• Strain into a collins glass filled with cracked ice.
• Fill with club soda or sparkling water, and add a sizzle stick.

• Swizzle Stick
