Bourbon Collins

The Bourbon Collins is made from Bourbon, fresh lime juice, bar sugar and sparking water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Bourbon Collins Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Shake everything except the sparkling water with cracked ice.
• Fill a collins glass with ice and strain the mix into it.
• Top with sparkling water.
• Garnish with a lime twist.
