Gin Fix

The Gin Fix is made from Gin, fresh lemon juice, water and bar sugar, and served in a chilled highball glass.

Gin Fix Ingredients:

• 3 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Water
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar

Instructions:

• Add the sugar, lemon juice and water to a chilled highball glass.
• Add gin and stir.
• Fill with ice cubes and garnish with a lemon slice.
