Acai Mirage

The Acai Mirage drink is made from VeeV Acai Spirit, Cointreau, prickly pear cactus fruit, club soda and agave nectar, and served in a highball glass.

Acai Mirage Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz VeeV Acai Spirit
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit
• 1/2 oz Agave nectar
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Add VeeV, Cointreau and agave nectar and stir well, then fill with ice.
• Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
