Gin Cooler

The Gin Cooler is made from Gin, bar sugar and sparkling water, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Gin Cooler Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water - to fill

Instructions:

• Add the sugar and gin to a chilled collins glass and mix.
• Add ice cubes and fill with sparkling water.
• Stir gently and garnish with a lemon peel.

• Lemon Peel
