Frozen Apple

The Frozen Apple drink is made from Apple Brandy, fresh lime juice, sugar and egg white, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Frozen Apple Ingredients:

• 2 oz Apple Brandy
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed
• 1 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1/2 Egg White / Substitute - about 1 tbsp
• 1 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions:

• Add a cup of ice to a blender.
• Add in the apple brandy, lime juice, sugar and egg white.
• Blend at low speed until slushy.
• Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
• Top with an apple slice.
