Cognac Coupling

The Cognac Coupling is made from Cognac, Tawny Port, Pernod, Angostura Bitters and fresh lemon juice, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Cognac Coupling Ingredients:

• 2 oz Cognac
• 1 oz Tawny Port
• 1/2 oz Pernod
• 2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice - freshly squeezed

Instructions:

• Add ice to an old-fashioned glass.
• Shake all ingredients with ice and strain.
