Caipirissima

The Caipirissima drink is made from light rum, sugar and lime wedges, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Caipiríssima Ingredients:

• 2 oz Rum (Light)
• 2 tsp Sugar / Bar Sugar
• 1 Lime - cut into 8 wedges

Instructions:

• Muddle the lime with sugar in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
• Add gin, and fill with crushed ice.

• Old-Fashioned Glass

• Clear
