Coconut Pear

The Coconut Pear drink is made from Cachaca, coconut water, pear puree, lime juice and simple syrup, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Coconut Pear Ingredients:

• 2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 2 oz Coconut Milk/Water
• 1 oz Pear(s) - puree
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice
• 1/4 oz Sugar Syrup

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of ice.
• Garnish with a decorative pineapple leaf.
