Inferno

The Inferno drink is made from absinthe, lime wedges, sugar syrup and mint leaves, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Inferno Ingredients:

• 2 oz Absinthe
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1 Lime - cut into wedges
• Mint

Instructions:

• Muddle the lime wedges, mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass.
• Add ice, then the absinthe.

• Old-Fashioned Glass
