Apple Brandy Cooler

The Apple Brandy Cooler is made from Brandy, Light Rum, Dark Rum, apple juice, sugar syrup and fresh lime juice, and served in a chilled collins glass.

Apple Brandy Cooler Ingredients:

• 2 oz Apple Brandy
• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 1 oz Rum (Dark)
• 4 oz Apple Juice
• 1 tsp Sugar Syrup
• 1/2 oz Lime Juice - freshly squeezed

Instructions:

• Shake the brandy, light rum, apple juice, sugar syrup and lime juice with ice.
• Pour into a chilled collins glass.
• Float the dark rum on top.
• Garnish with a lime slice.
