Alegria Drink Recipe

The Alegria drink is made from white rum, Limoncello (lemon liqueur), an orange and grape tonic, and served in a highball glass.

• 1 oz Rum (Light)
• 2/3 oz Limoncello Liqueur
• 1/2 Orange (peeled)
• Grape Soda

• Cut the orange into small pieces and muddle it with the rum in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Fill the glass with ice and add the Limoncello and fill with grape soda.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint and an orange slice.
