Absolut Prosperity Drink Recipe

The Absolut Prosperity drink is made from vodka, Parfait Amour, Lychee Liqueur, lime cordial, mint leaves and Schweppes Russian, and served in a highball glass.

• 2 parts Vodka (Absolut)
• 1 part Parfait Amour Liqueur
• 1 part Lychee Liqueur
• 1 dash Rose's Lime
• 4-5 Mint Leaves
• Schweppes Russchian

• Muddle the mint, vodka, Roses lime and liqueurs in the bottom of a highball glass.
• Fill the glass with crushed ice and Schweppes Russchian.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint, and a maraschino cherry or physalis fruit.
