Abacaxi Ricaco

The Abacaxi Ricaco is made inside a whole pineapple with cachaca, pineapple, lime, bitters and nutmeg. Yes, it is served INSIDE a cored pineapple.

Abacaxi Ricaco Ingredients:

• 1 Pineapple - cored
• 3 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 2 oz Pineapple - pureed
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Sugar Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Cut the top off of a pineapple and excavate a hole in the middle.
• Shake the Leblon Cachaca, pineapple puree, lime juice, simple syrup and bitters well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Add crushed ice to the pineapple, and strain the drink into it.
• Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
