Old Fashioned

The Old Fashioned drink is made from bourbon, Angostura bitters, a sugar cube and club soda, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Old Fashioned Ingredients:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 Sugar Cube
• Club Soda / Sparkling Water

Instructions:

• Drop the sugar cube in an old-fashioned glass, and wet it with the Angostura bitters.
• Add enough club soda to cover the sugar cube.
• Add the bourbon, and then fill the glass with ice.
