Mandarin Meltdown

The Mandarin Meltdown drink is made from cachaca, orange juice, tangerine puree, agave nectar, bitters and lemon juice, and served in a highball glass.

Mandarin Meltdown Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Leblon Cachaca
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1/2 oz Tangerine - puree
• 1/2 oz Agave nectar
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Shake everything except the bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
• Top with two dashes bitters, and garnish with a slice of orange.
