La Recolte

The La Recolte cocktail is made from Zubrowka bison grass vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and champagne, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.

La Recolte Ingredients:

• 1 oz Zubrówka Bison Grass Vodka
• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• Champagne

Instructions:

• Shake the Zubrowka vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with chilled champagne.
• Garnish with an apple slice.
