The Kir Royale is made from Champagne and Crème de Cassis, and served in a wine glass.

Kir Royale Ingredients:

• 2 oz Crème de Cassis
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Stir the crème de cassis with cracked ice in a mixing glass.
• Pour into a chilled wine glass.
• Fill with champagne.
