American Rose

The American Rose drink is made from Brandy, grenadine, fresh peach, Pernod and Champagne, and served in a white wine glass.

American Rose Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 tsp Grenadine
• 1/2 Peach(es) - peeled and mashed
• 1/2 tsp Pernod
• Champagne - to fill

Instructions:

• Mix everything except the champagne with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Pour into a chilled white wine glass.
• Fill with champagne and stir gently.
• Garnish with a fresh peach wedge.
