Henrik the Chef

The Henrik the Chef drink is made from citrus rum (aka Bacardi Limon), Passoa, Sourz Apple and cranberry juice, and served in a highball glass.

Henrik the Chef Ingredients:

• 2/3 oz Bacardi Limón
• 2/3 oz Passoã
• 2/3 oz Sourz Apple
• 2 oz Cranberry Juice
• Lemon-Lime Soda - Sprite or 7-Up

Instructions:

• Shake everything except the lemon-lime soda with ice in a cocktail shaker.
• Pour into a highball glass and fill with Sprite or 7-Up.
• Garnish with a slice of lime.
