Golden Hornet

The Golden Hornet drink is made from Gin, Scotch and Amontillado Sherry, and served in a chilled old-fashioned glass.

Golden Hornet Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Amontillado Sherry

Instructions:

• Stir the gin, sherry and ice cubes in a mixing glass.
• Pour into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
• Float the scotch on top.
• Garnish with a lemon twist.
