Cooper Union

The Cooper Union drink is made from Irish whiskey, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, Scotch whiskey and orange bitters, and served in an old-fashioned glass.

Cooper Union Ingredients:

• 2 part Irish Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur - St Germain
• dash Orange Bitters
• Scotch

Instructions:

• Add a small amount of Scotch to an old-fashioned glass and swirl it to coat the entire inside of the glass.
• Add the Irish whiskey, elderflower liqueur and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice and stir well.
• Strain into the glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
