Cactus Sour

The Cactus Sour drink is made from vodka, lemon juice and prickly pear cactus fruit, and served in a chilled sour glass.

Cactus Sour Ingredients:

• 1-1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 Prickly Pear Cactus Fruit

Instructions:

• Muddle the prickly pear cactus fruit in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
• Add ice, vodka and lemon juice and shake vigorously.
• Strain into a chilled sour glass, and garnish with a lemon slice.
