Lady Scarlet

The Lady Scarlet cocktail is made from Cointreau, gin, dry vermouth, lime juice and bitters, and served in a cocktail glass.

Lady Scarlet Ingredients:

• 2/3 oz Cointreau
• 2/3 oz Gin
• 1/3 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1/3 oz Lime Juice
• 1/3 oz Angostura Bitters

Instructions:

• Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a slice of lemon.
